Wills

The majority of adults in the UK do not have a valid Will.

Making a Will allows you to decide how you wish your estate to be distributed.

If you pass away without having made a Will, you die "Intestate" and the government decide who gets what.
This includes your orphaned children.
 

Trusts

A Trust is a fiduciary (someone that acts on behalf of another) relationship, in which one party, know as a settlor, gives another party, know as a Trustee, the right to hold property or asset for the benefit of a third party. The beneficiary.

There are different types of trust available within a Will.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney a legal document which allows you to appoint somebody to act in your best interests should you lose capacity to do so.

If you lose capacity and can no longer manage your own affairs your family would have to apply to the court of protection who may appoint a Deputy to act in your place.
 

Estate Planning

Estate Planning is the preparation of arranging for the disposal of your Estate, during life, in preparation for your future incapacity or death.
